The CP & CPC Series are horizontal centrifugal process pumps designed to EN22858/ISO 5199 (CPC) and EN 733/DIN 24255 (CP) standards. With a maximum capacity of 1500 m³/hr, head up to 160 m, working pressure of 16 Bar, and temperatures up to 200 °C, they cover a wide hydraulic field for industrial, commercial, and utility pumping applications.
The pumps feature an optimised volute design with smooth surfaces for high efficiency and minimum internal losses. Impeller options include closed impellers with casing wear rings and half-open impellers with wear plates, while the smoothly designed suction entry ensures optimum NPSH with minimal flow distortion.
With only 5 shaft groups covering the entire range, the CP/CPC Series offers exceptional interchangeability of parts and reduced spares inventory. The back-pull-out design enables quick maintenance and impeller replacement without disturbing piping, while shaft sealing options range from gland packing to single and double cartridge seals per EN 12756.
Available in cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, and other alloys with oil or grease lubricated bearings, the CP & CPC Series pumps are ideal for water circulation, HVAC, pressure boosting, cooling towers, chemical and utility services, boiler feed, irrigation, fire fighting, and wastewater treatment.
