Available in three sizes — JCB 80 (3"), JCB 100 (4"), and JCB 150 (6") — they produce 4–5 mm coarse bubbles for aggressive mixing where solids tolerance matters more than fine-bubble oxygen transfer efficiency.
Each model features a different air discharge configuration: top discharge (JCB 80), bottom discharge (JCB 100), and peripheral discharge (JCB 150), with base materials in PP/Steel, Nylon, and ABS respectively. The non-clog design ensures maintenance-free operation in demanding conditions.
