The WPVDF Series is a range of fluoropolymer lined horizontal back pull-out end-suction centrifugal pumps designed for hazardous, corrosive, and toxic media. With a maximum capacity of 1000 m³/hr, head up to 95 m, and working pressure up to 16 Bar, the WPVDF Series handles the most demanding chemical process duties.
Designed in compliance with ISO 2858 and ISO 5199, the WPVDF Series is available in 16 model variants with suction sizes from 50 mm to 300 mm and delivery sizes from 32 mm to 250 mm. Three lining options — FEP (up to 180 °C), PFA (up to 200 °C), and PVDF (up to 110 °C) — ensure compatibility with virtually all corrosive chemicals.
The heavy centre-line discharge volute casing features thick-wall polymer moulded inside a metal armour for structural integrity at high temperatures. The hydro-dynamically optimised semi-open radial impeller includes balancing holes and back vanes, with positive locking to the shaft and telescopic front clearance adjustment for optimum hydraulic performance.
Single and double mechanical seal options are available with API plan compatibility in the fluoropolymer lined stuffing box. The heavy-duty shaft is designed for minimum deflection (0.05 mm max at stuffing box), with a large-capacity oil sump for effective heat transfer to cooler bearings and extended bearing life. ANSI B16.5 Class 150 connections and IS 1231, IEC 72-1, and NEMA motor compatibility are standard.
