AIRFIN Retrievable Blocks & Accessories is a complete range of anchoring, mounting, and connection components for fixed and retrievable aeration systems. The product line includes RCC retrievable blocks (250 × 200 × 200 mm) with eye bolts for lifting, grouted retrievable blocks for permanent embedment, and support blocks for securing air distribution piping on the tank floor.
The accessory kit includes stainless steel bolts, nuts, clamps, threaded tees, hose nipples, hose pipe clamps, and braided hose pipes in multiple sizes (3/4" and 1" threaded, 10/16/25 mm hose). All metallic hardware is manufactured in stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance in submerged wastewater environments. SS support clamps secure distribution pipes to tank walls and structures.
The range also includes connectors and stepless clamps — 3/4" BSP and 1" BSP connectors for pipe joints, SS stepless clamps for secure hose connections, and grommets for watertight pipe penetrations. These components ensure reliable, leak-free assembly of the air distribution network.
AIRFIN also offers support saddle systems for disc and tubular diffuser installations. The support saddle for fine bubble disc diffusers fits Ø90 mm pipes, while the coarse bubble disc diffuser saddle covers sizes from 2" to 12" for scrubbers, EQT tanks, and aeration tanks. The C-Saddle for tubular diffusers is available in Ø90 and 110 mm for direct header mounting. All saddle systems are designed to be cost-effective, easy to install, and durable for long-lasting performance.
