Vertical Long Shaft Sump Pump — VCP Series
Vertical long shaft sump pump designed to DIN 24256 (ISO 2858) — up to 325 m³/hr capacity, 60 m head, 80 °C, shaft lengths up to 5 m, in CI, CS, SS 304/316, Alloy 20, Bronze, and C4DMCU.

The VCP Series is a range of vertical long shaft sump pumps designed for submerged operation in tanks, pits, and sumps across heavy industrial applications. With a maximum capacity of 325 m³/hr, head up to 60 m, and temperature rating up to 80 °C, the VCP Series covers a wide range of chemical, petrochemical, and industrial heating duties.
Designed in compliance with the industrial standard DIN 24256 (ISO 2858), the VCP Series is available in pump sizes from 25 to 125 mm with shaft lengths up to 5 metres for deep sump and pit installations. The motor is mounted above the sump plate, eliminating the need for a submersible motor and simplifying maintenance access.
Available in Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, SS 304, SS 316, Alloy 20, Bronze, and C4DMCU (Duplex), the VCP Series offers multiple gland and seal types for compatibility with different process liquids. Both 1450 RPM and 2900 RPM configurations are available to match specific duty point requirements.
The pumps are suitable for chemical and process industries, petrochemical refineries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial heating systems, bitumen and asphalt plants, and hot oil and hot water transfer applications. All pumps are designed with Solidworks 3D simulation by CSWA and CSWP certified personnel, with inhouse performance testing and material certification available.
